Part 2 - Vegan "cheese" crisp

HOMECRAFT® Create 390 tapioca flour 2.94

Part 1 preparation:

1. Add water and pre-blended dry ingredients to Thermomix at speed 3, Blend for 2-3 minutes.​
2. Add melted fat to cooker while mixing at Speed 3 for 2 minutes ​
3. Heat to 90˚C while mixing at Speed 3 ​
4. Once 90˚C is reached, hold for 7 minutes and reduce speed to 2.5 ​
5. Hot fill into containers.

Part 2 preparation:

1. Shred plant-based cheese from Part 1. ​
2. Mix all ingredients together in Hobart mixer bowl until a dough forms. ​
3. Sheet out dough 2 mm thick using roller pin and cut out 3 mm round cookie cutter​
4. Bake at 325ºF for around 20 min or until it puffed and golden brown.
